Patricia A. StanardGraphic for a Blogiversary has been blogging at My Genealogy Obsession since 2011.  Patricia is born and raised in Southern California.  She is a member of NGS, APG, SCGS, and Geneabloggers Tribe.  She was recently appointed the Country Coordinator for Mexico at the WorldGenWeb Project and  the State Coordinator for Zacatecas GenWeb Project (a state in Mexico). She says “Both of these sites are works in progress and any help would be appreciated.”

The purpose of her blog, My Genealogy Obsession, is to share family stories, Mexican Genealogy, and beginning genealogy blogging help.  Patricia says she started blogging because she found a new aunt that she didn’t know about and she needed an easy way to tell her whole family about it.  She decided blogging would be the easiest way to do it.

Some of the surname that Janice is researching include: Luna/De Luna, Robles, Sanchez, Gandara, Stanard, Sullivan, Ewing and Crawshaw.
