Mary Hartmann-Bowden has been blogging at me and my ancestors since 2010.  Mary is originally from Queens, New York, but she spent her teen and young adult year in South Florida and now she lives in Mesa, Arizona.  She is a member of the Family History Society of Arizona.   Mary writes, “My blog is a place for me to share my adventures of learning more about my family tree, myself and sharing the family stories.”  She says she started blogging after the 2010 Family History Expo in Mesa, Arizona.  One of the topics of the Expo was blogging and it can help your genealogy.  Mary says she spent some time speaking to Thomas MacEntee and Lisa Louise Cooke and both of them encouraged her to give blogging a try.
