A lot of GeneaBloggers made a New Year’s resolution to start blogging, which is reflected in the number of blogiversary posts to go online this month.
Today’s blogiversay spotlight belongs to Family Cameos, which is four years old today.
Leslie Still, its author, is a longtime genealogy researcher, having begun in 1989, after a trip to Ireland. She is from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Leslie started blogging because she wants to share family stories with the younger generations and, by telling the stories of her ancestors, she hopes to provide some healing of ancestral trauma.
