Happy 10th Blogiversary to Ancestral Discoveries
Janice Sellers and her Ancestral Discoveries are also celebrating a 10th anniversary. She’s originally from Los Angeles but now lives in Gresham, Oregon. She is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, Genealogical Speakers Guild, Council for the Advancement of Forensic Genealogy, Jewish Genealogical Society of Oregon, Genealogical Forum of Oregon, and San Francisco Bay Area Jewish Genealogical Society.
Janice writes that Ancestral Discoveries’ main focuses of the blog are Jewish, Black, and forensic genealogy and newspaper research, but posts have covered a lot of subjects, ranging from Africa to Ypres (France), Aaron Lansky to Zooey Deschanel, Abell to Zook (family surnames), and abolitionists to Zundapp (motorcycle).
