.) The conference would be held in an awesomely cool location - right near airports, train stations, bus stations, etc. And we'd have free shuttles to and from the conference to the airports, train stations, etc.

.) Free parking and free wireless (that actually works and is strong).

.) Free Massages are a must - walking around all day and carrying all the bags of conference swag.

.) Speakers of every level, fame, and idea. Topics would include how-to topics (even those less well-known topics, such as Mexican research).

.) Lots of panels, roundtables, and general discussion.

.) The coolest lounge ever for people to hang out that included comfy couches, cool desks and tables, big chairs, etc. Lots of comfort and relaxation. And there would be plenty of free fruit and veggie waters (ie: lemon water, cucumber water, orange water, etc).

.) An awesome cool PJ party after hours that includes all sorts of yummy slumber party foods, drinks, and games (I feel a genealogy scavenger hunt coming on...)

.) Lots and lots of door prizes and raffles of super cool prizes.

.) Make stuff accessible to the people who can't come through webinars, etc.

.) Lots of technology for every technology level - iPads, laptops, e-book readers, desktops, website developers, software developers, etc. And everyone gets to experiment and find what they like.

.) Outlets all over the place during lectures so that people can type their notes and not worry about their battery going dead

Can you tell I've thought about this? lol
