		<description><![CDATA[The one prediction I feel safe making is that the Sesquicentennial of the Civil War will be the nexus of a great many genealogy and family history developments.   It will influence public and private conversations about the continuing impact of secession, slavery and emancipation, and states&#039; rights, sparking an amazing array of blog posts.  It will also encourage families to dig out Civil War-era documents and institutions to digitize as many of them as possible.]]></description>
