		<description><![CDATA[I switched from a PC to a MacBook Pro a few months ago and, as part of the switch, bought an Apple Time Capsule as well. This is the best move I ever made - the Time Capsule automatically backs up any new and/or changed data every hour or so, meaning that I never have to worry about backing up my data again. And the best part is that not only does it back my data up, but I can actually &quot;go back in time&quot; and view the data at each stage of its &quot;life&quot; and see each change.]]></description>
